Resumen:
In a previous study, we demonstrated that TAP7f, a compoundformed by penicillin linked to the dipeptide Leu-Phe through a triazolegroup, inhibited melanoma metastasis by the downregulationof β-catenin and integrin αVβ3. Since these molecules may be involvedin the promotion of melanoma angiogenesis, we further exploredthe antiangiogenic effect of TAP7f.
