Resumen:
Chemically tunedinorganic-organic hybrid halide perovskites based on chloride and brominehalide anions CH3NH3Pb(Cl1-xBrx)3have been studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and UV-visabsorption. The band gap engineering brought about by the chemical managementof CH3NH3Pb(Cl1-xBrx)3perovskites can be controllably tuned, which increases with the concentrationof Cl ions from 2.1 to 2.9 eV. This study provides an improved understanding ofthe structural and optical properties of the mixed CH3NH3Pb(Cl1-xBrx)3perovskites.
