Resumen:
Mo-based mixed metal oxides have been proved to be active and selective catalysts for the oxidation of short chain alkanes [1]. In this sense, the system Mo-V-Nb undoped or doped with Sb [2], but specially mixed oxides based in Mo-V-Te(Sb)-Nb have been found very effective in the oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) of ethane to ethylene at 320-400 ºC [3], with a maximum yield in the olefin about 75% [3a]. In this work we present a comparative study of the influence of composition and heat-treatment conditions on both the physico-chemical properties and the efficiency during the ethane ODH of catalysts based in Mo-V-X mixed oxides (X= Nb, Te, Sb).
