Resumen:
The implementation of a system which controls the power extracted from a Photovoltaic panel using a maximum power point tracking algorithm (Perturbation and Observation) and supplying an isolated load is presented in this paper. The system consists of an isolated DC-AC converter, made with a DC-DC converter which maximizes the power of the solar resource and a DC-AC converter responsible for generating the sinusoidal output voltage. The design and implementation of the high frequency transformer is presented. The controllers of the converters are implemented with a low cost processor. Simulation and experimental results validate the system performance.
