Resumen:
The objectives of the present work were: a) to study the capacity of
Listeria strains isolated from seafood and L. monocytogenes CLIP
74910 to form slime onto polystyrene plates, and b) to investigate
the effect of extracts of Baccharis sagittalis and Porophyllum
lanceolatum on ability of Listeria to form biofilm.
