Resumen:
􀂉Decline in permeate flux when the pH of the experiments is decreased because of the formation of hydrophobic peptide aggregates. This pH-dependant fouling affects peptide transmission, especially if the experiments are carried out using the 1 kDa membrane. 􀂉PES 1 kDa: almost complete retention of acidic peptides at basic pH. 􀂉 Neutral and basic peptides: better Tr than acidic peptides, especially at basic pH. Highest Tr values: pH value close to their pI. 􀂉SB/A and SN/A: fractionation between basic or neutral peptides and acidic peptides can be obtained at pH values higher than 4. SB/N : worse separation between basic and neutral peptides 􀂉PES 5 kDa membrane and pH8: best conditions to obtain permeate product enriched in bioactive peptides and good peptide recovery.
