Resumen:
Two series of metal?organic frameworks (MOFs) basedon a flexible ligand and trivalent lanthanides were obtainedhydrothermally in order to explore their optical properties at lowtemperatures, magnetism and catalytic activity in relation to theirstructural features. A multisite analysis was performed according tothe 4f-4f transitions. Moreover, the heterogeneous catalytic activityof the series was evaluated in one-pot cyanosilylation withbenzaldehyde as substrate. Recyclability, structure conservation andcatalytic efficiency were also evaluated and compared withanalogous compounds.
