Abstract: In this paper we generalize the concept of TU-games with weights, introduced by Billera, adding restrictions over the profit that some coalitions might obtain. We study the new reduced core for these games and we give a characterization and some properties for it. We also obtained several theorems analogous as those of Bondareva - Shapley, Billera and Cantisani - Marchi.
