Resumen:
The results of conceptual learning workshop attained by participants to the Active Learning Electricity and Magnetism workshop (AAEyM) are shown in this work. This workshop was aimed at teachers working in Argentina and other  countries. We used a modified version of the CSEM, which includes 12 electrical circuits? items, to measure teachers? conceptual difficulties previous and after the workshop. We observed some conceptual difficulties remained after the workshop ended. We also recollected participants? reflections on their students? preconceptions in Electricity and Magnetism We found that a low percentage of teachers were able to describe the most common student?s  preconceptions, instead most of the teachers focused on identify the most complicated topics for their students. Results  are discussed by the CSEM dimensions and along its relationship with the students? preconceptions reported by these  teachers
