Prácticas sociales, diseño arquitectónico-urbano y espacio público. El caso de la exAU3 en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires desde una mirada proyectual

Partiendo de un posicionamiento complejo en torno al diseño de lo urbano, entendemos que la apropiación intensiva del espacio público a partir de prácticas sociales que promuevan la inclusión e integración social permite el desarrollo de procesos de sustentabilidad urbana (física-social-económica-cultural). Para el diseño urbano es necesario identificar esos espacios de apropiación para generar dispositivos proyectuales que, sin caer en sobredeterminaciones del habitar, permitan potenciar espacios públicos que a su vez funcionen como catalizadores de nuevas prácticas sociales inclusivas y como vínculos integradores entre la ciudad y sus fragmentos heterotópicos. Los espacios públicos con estas características promueven el acontecimiento de distintas prácticas y modos de apropiación colectiva que potencian procesos de integración socio-espacial. Entonces, buscaremos analizar la mirada sobre los modos de proyectar, gestionar y producir el espacio público por parte de múltiples actores que intervienen en el caso de la traza de la Ex AU3 en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Nos guiarán distintas preguntas acerca de los espacios públicos y su diseño: sobre qué y cómo se construyen, con qué criterios se proyectan, qué imaginarios proyectan, qué formas de convivencia configuran, qué modos de vincularse habilitan, quiénes se ven incluidos y quiénes no a partir de tomas de decisiones, así como el ineludible interrogante acerca de los alcances y los límites del rol del arquitecto-urbanista en un contexto actual que nos interpela a la búsqueda de alternativos modos de proyectar que propicien prácticas de libertad. Indagaremos sobre los modos de apropiación, usos y modos de habitar que se dan por parte de los habitantes efectivos del fragmento urbano de la Ex AU3 y veremos qué noción alternativa de espacio público podemos extraer de dichas prácticas. Pondremos énfasis en el proceso sinérgico de traducción entre lo discursivo del análisis teórico y lo proyectual que motoriza alternativas configuraciones y/o componentes espaciales. The case of Ex AU3 in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires since a projectual look Starting from a complex position about the urban-environment design, we understand that intensive ownership of public space from social practices that promote social inclusion and integration, allow the development of urban sustainability processes (physical-social-economic-cultural). From architecture, it is necessary to identify those spaces of appropriation to generate projective devices thus, without falling into overdeterminations of dwelling, allow enhance urban public spaces, which in turn function as catalysts for inclusive new social practices and as integrative links between the city and its heterotopic fragments. In this work, we understand that public spaces with these features promote the event of different practices and modes of collective appropriation, which enhance processes of socio-spatial integration. Therefore, the multiplication of those spaces in a metropolitan scale would have a positive impact in the sustainable development of our cities. So we will search in the analysis of different views about the ways to plan, manage and produce public space by multiple actors involved in the case of the Ex AU3 in the City of Buenos Aires. We will guide by other questions about public space: what and how they are building, what criteria are designed, which are the imaginary projected by different agents from the society, how to set up ways of connivance, what ways of relating enable those urban spaces, which kind of subjectivity presuppose and create, who are being included and who are not from decision-making, etc. Also, we will inquire about the appropriation modes, uses and dwelling modes given by the actual inhabitants of the urban fragment Ex AU3 and we will see what alternative notion of public space can be drawn from such practices, comparing them with the practices that govern the present state interventions in the trace. We will emphasize in the synergistic process of discursive translation of our theoretical analysis and the projecting one that fuels alternative configurations and/or spatial components.
