Resumen:
The impact of climate change on the Cuyo rivers streamflows was assessed using a downscaling model from CIMA (Center for Atmospheric and Oceanographic Studies, Argentina).
The relation streamflow-quantity of snow in each basin was used to estimated the regression equations
The modelled snow precipitation for the time frame 2020-2030 and 2070-2200, enter as independet variable in the regression equation, permitted to calculate the future streamflow.
The oreder of decrease in the water output was 7 to 13% depending of the latitude and mean altitude of the basin
