Resumen:
The high-field-strength element (W, Zr, Nb, Ta, Ti, Sn, Hf, Th, U) oxides from granitic pegmatites concentrate the special interest of industry and scientist for their use as high-tech commodities and recorders of pegmatite evolution. However, the studies are heavily concentrated in most evolved granitic pegmatites of LCT geochemical signature or in comparative analyses of their geochemical fingerprints and evolution. In this paper we describe an assemblage of tantalite-(Mn), tantalian rutile and pyrochlore-supergroup minerals that occurs in a rare-element granitic pegmatite of beryl-columbite-phosphate subtype in the Sierras Pampeanas, Argentina.
