Resumen:
The satellite positioning systems allow to obtain position on the terrestrial surface with a very good precision and exactitude. For this it necessary to determine the points coordinates taking account the reference system and the movements that affect them because of the continental rift. These reference systems are materialized by a significant number of continuous stations in South America. These centers process and compute the collected data from GNSS satellites, which primary target is to maintain the international terrestrial reference frame through calculus of the coordinates and velocities of the continuous stations.   In this work we show the quality of the solutions from the processing center operating at the Instituto de Geodesia y Geodinámica, Facultad de Ingeniería, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, in comparison with other South America processing centers and the importance of calculations coordinates and velocities in a global frame. Finally we show some estimations of velocities from stations placed in zones with more deformation in the Andes Centrales.
