Resumen:
The realization of the reference system or what is usually known as network of control points, that materialize over the land a determined Conventional Reference System, has been a constant concern for Geodesy. This presently named geodetic frame, has evolved since the definition of the local geodetic datum to the International Terrestrial Reference Frames (ITRF). This change has occurred as a consequence of the improvements, added to the increasing demand of geo-referenced information in the global systems. The response has been the development of new concepts in the materialization of reference system from spatial techniques, in order to obtain very accurate realizations of such systems. In the majority of the cases the Reference System Introduction is performed through the network adjustment from the coordinate variation method. In some countries there are an important number of GNSS stations data, but they have few stations with coordinates in the International Reference Systems. The coordinates of these stations are in locals systems or in national systems. This problem can be resolved using the information and applying a methodology of rigorous processing and adjusting. This work presents these new concepts, describing a methodology of network adjustment and analysis of results using the mentioned method proving to be advantageous when the objective is to introduce the Reference System simultaneously with the precision and parameters estimation.
