Resumen:
Acritarchs, Algae, Prasinophytas, and Incertae Sedis of the borehole DI.NA.MI.GE. 254 "Paso de Las Toscas" (Lower Permian), Paraná Basin, Uruguay. We present an autochthonous and reworking palynomorphs assemblages recovered from San Gregorio and Melo formations recognized in DI.NA.MI.GE. 254 ?Paso de Las Toscas? borehole, Paraná Basin, Uruguay. They are composed by achitarchs, algae and incertae sedis, can be assigned a Cisuralian age and showing fresh and brackish water evidences. The reworking elements were recovered from San Gregorio Formation and the base of Miembro Frayle Muerto. They are marine elements (e.g. Michrystridium) between 349, 306 (San Gregorio Formation), 282, 241, 168 and 139 (Frayle Muerto Member) deep meters. These assemblages showing similar depositional conditions with the sedimentary units and the sea level during Cisularian age.
