Resumen:
Considering the changing contexts of users in the education and/or investigative processes of higher education, it has been developed a methodology with pedagogic design named “contract”, required for the use of an original piece of software and integrated in Sakai.  We shall present a proposal of pedagogical design for the use of an original piece of software named “contract” whose purpose is to provide greater dynamism to the pedagogic and investigative processes under the perspective of context aware system. A DHD is a responsible social net given by the TIC in a new physical virtual context where the participants investigate, teach, learn, evaluate and are involved in an interactive process of transformation over objects which is regulated, as the case may be, by a coordination of contracts adapted to the specific participative modality of each workshop. These developments are arranged within the framework of the programme “DHD” (CIFASIS) and are implemented nowadays in the different stages of the project “Pantallas Críticas: a methodological model for the development of high education in criticism and diffusion of art with interactive virtual resources ” (Instituto Universitario Nacional de Arte - IUNA).
