Resumen:
PCR-RFLP analysis of rpoB sequences were used to identify lactic acid bacteria (LAB) species isolated from Patagonian Pinot noir wine. Isolates of cocci and lactobacilli species wre identified by restriction of their amplicons using HaeIII, AciI and HinfI ,  preceded by colonies isolation on solid selective medium and microscope observation to distinguish cocci and rods cells. Lactobacillus plantarum  y L. casei, Oenococcus oeni. y Pediococcus mesenteroides were identified species. O. oeni isolates were confirmed by sequencing and fermentation tests.rpoB sequences were used to identify lactic acid bacteria (LAB) species isolated from Patagonian Pinot noir wine.
