Resumen:
Isolated bones of theropods from Bauru Basin (Late Cretaceous), Brazil are heredescribed. They correspond to two individuals represented by an ischia and part of the ilium, and a partial axis. The fossils come from different fossil sites of municipality of Ibirá(fragment of axis) and Monte Alto (fused ischia), Sao Paulo State, from Maastrichtian beds ofthe São José do Rio Preto Formation and Marília Formation, Bauru Group respectively.Specimens here described afford new information on diversity and distribution of the diversegroups of theropod dinosaurs in South America. These discoveries indicate that abelisauridtheropods were the most common large predators in this area.
