Resumen:
Temperature variations can reduce accuracy in theradiation measurements of MOS dosimeters, so it is necessary tohave an accurate temperature characterization of the dosimeter. This paper presents a temperature control system based onPeltier modules that enables automated temperature adjustmentof the device under test (DUT). At first, the design and features ofthe system is presented. In a second part, measurements of somecharacteristics of the device are shown. Finally, the zerotemperature coefficient (ZTC) of a MOS radiation dosimeter ismeasured to show the controller application.
