Resumen:
A key issue in the understanding of the magnetic behaviour of nanocrystalline systems, is the correlation between the magnetization and the structure of the material.      Finemet type-ribbons (Fe73.5Si13.5B9Nb3-xMoxCu1, x = 0, 2, 3) were obtained by the planar flow casting technique and subjected to a controlled heat treatment (813K, in vacuum). These materials consist of crystalline nanograins embedded in a remaining amorphous matrix.      In this work, the samples were observed with Transmission Electron Microscopy in the dark field. Diffraction patterns were also obtained and compared with those obtained by X-ray diffraction. These results were complemented with thermal analyses and Mössbauer fittings.
