Inclusion complexes were prepared by liophilization method in the 1:1 molar ratio. The physical mixtures (PM) were also prepared in the same ratio. The full characterization of the complex was performed by powder x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and solid state nuclear magnetic resonance. These techniques confirmed the formation of an inclusion complex between ENA and β-CD in the solid state, as well as showed the amorphous nature of the solid obtained. When studying the chemical stability of ENA complexed to β-CD, a clear stabilizing effect was observed.
