In the construction of our model we have in mind the shortcomings of the otherapproaches and it is the intention to provide with a spacetime thatcan appropriately represent a system of compact objects;with a dynamics that take into account the back reactiondue to gravitational radiation, and with a complete asymptotic region, where all the total physical quantities can be calculated without ambiguities.
