Resumen:
Double perovskites Ba1+xLa1-xMnSbO6 weresynthesized by traditional ceramic method in air as polycrystalline powders.The 0.1≤x≤0.2 compounds belong to the I 2/m monoclinic space group, while thex≥0.3 perovskites belong to the I 4/m tetragonal space group. Effectivepresence of mixture of Mn2+/Mn3+ has been well established by X-ray EmissionSpectroscopy (XES) using high resolution Kβ emission for the set. The systemBa1+xLa1-xMnSbO6 displays signs of ferromagnetism at low temperature bymagnetometry analysis. Also, Neutron Powder Diffraction data reveals that at 4K, there is a presence of long range order that begins to disappear withincreasing doping. We will show crystallographic and magnetic cell,magnetometry measurements, and XES measurements.
