Resumen:
In previous works it has been demonstratedthat Failure Maps (FM) can be used to determine veryaccurately the reliability of applications running inprocessor based systems perturbed by SEUs. This workshows the feasibility and the utility of the use of FM todetermine the reliability in platforms based on FieldProgrammable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). The studied caseconsists in the reliability estimation of a Digital BeamForming (DBF) system intended to be used in a smartantenna array planned to be mounted in a satellite.
