Resumen:
We prove that the space of linear perturbations o a stationary black hole can be parameterized using perturbed invariants of the Riemann tensor. This gives a norm to the space of solutions of the linearized equations, which allows to introduce the concept of pointwise boundedness of (generic) gravitational perturbations, as opposed to the standard bounds that apply only to pure harmonic modes.
