Resumen:
Bilayer films of BaFe12O19 (BaM) and BaTiO3 (BTO) were obtained by pulsed laser deposition(PLD). First deposited these phases separately on substrates of Al2O3 (0001)and (100) LaAlO3 respectively, with the aim of establishing their individual physical properties. Later were deposited bilayers keeping growth conditions used for monolayer films. The structural and morphological characterization was made by XR diffraction (XRD) and by scanning microscopy of electrons (SEM). The presence of both phases in the bilayers was also corroborated by Raman spectrometry. Magnetic behavior was studied using VSM and SQUID magnetometry with temperatures between 5-300 K and by applying magnetic fields of up to 2 Tesla. We also studied the influence of successive heat treatments carried out in the monolayer films and the bilayer ones. The studies showed a marked dependence of magnetic and structural properties with the substrate where it grows the BaM phase. There was also evidence of different processes of moments between bilayers and monolayers samples and a strong correlation between anisotropy field and coercive field in both of them.
