Resumen:
Hybrid energy storage systems can be instructedto preserve the health of its components by following specificbehavior rules. This work proposes a hybrid energy storagesystem based on battery and supercapacitor which implementsstrategies to preserve the lifespan of batteries while satisfyingthe performance requirements. Temperature effect over thebattery life is also considered. Simulations results are included.
