Resumen:
In this work the design, simulation andmeasurement results of high voltage level shifters (LS) ispresented. A modification is introduced to the standard LS, and adesign criterion was developed, for the level shifter to work in avery wide range of operation from 0 to 18V. Also, safety issueswhere addressed when the level shifters are used to deliver stimulito biological tissue in medical devices.
