Resumen:
In this article, a class of internet congestion control is studied. The effect of delays in the transmission lines is considered, leading to a nonlinear delay-differential equation model. By using frequency-domain techniques, we study the occurrence of Hopf bifurcations, which causes the unstability of the system and the appearance of smooth oscillations.
