We present a statistical study of the properties of bright galaxies inmassive clusters and theirdependence on the global parameters. We use two catalogues of galaxyclusters based on thespectroscopic DR5 SDSS galaxy catalogue and different clusteridentification techniques.These samples are used to study the segregation of galaxy propertiesas a function of the normalizedclustercentre distances, as well as different scaling relations. Ourresults indicate that somegalaxy properties depend on the cluster identification techniques. Wealso found that galaxies in clustershave different properties than their counterparts in the field.
