Resumen:
Objectives: To explore the relationship among Tower of London (TOL) task performance, IQ, and Age, in an Argentinean sample. Methods: 107 children, aged 6 (n=26), 8 (n=27), 11 (n=24), and 13 (n=30) years-old completed a version of the TOL task, Vocabulary, and Block Design subtests (WISC-R). Pearson correlations among TOL, IQ, and Age were conducted. Results: Moderate, positive and significant correlations between TOL and Age (r= .435; p < .001), and between TOL and IQ (r= .282; p = 0.003), were found. Conclusions: Planning and problem solving increase with age in childhood, and are related to total IQ.
