Resumen:
The present study is focused on the synthesis of cubic SrCo0.9M0.1O3-d perovskites (with M= Nb5+ and Ta5+) at lower temperatures, synthesized by sol-gel synthesis using tartrate-precursor decomposition. The materials developed in this work were characterized with X-ray powder diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis and spectroscopic measurements. The morphology and average particle size were investigated by FE-SEM analysis. The present study may provide a new strategy to design MIEC materials as nanopowders at lower temperatures.
