In recent works, we found that the t"-form can be retained in nanopowders for Sc2O3 contents close to 10 mol% if the crystallite size is smaller than 25-30 nm and we also proposed a metastable phase diagram for these nanomaterials. In the present X-ray powder diffraction (XPD) study, we investigated the influence of the crystallite size on the retention of metastable phases for Sc2O3 contents in the range of 10-14 mol%.2O3 contents close to 10 mol% if the crystallite size is smaller than 25-30 nm and we also proposed a metastable phase diagram for these nanomaterials. In the present X-ray powder diffraction (XPD) study, we investigated the influence of the crystallite size on the retention of metastable phases for Sc2O3 contents in the range of 10-14 mol%.
