Resumen:
Abstract :Responses of isolated aorta skin from Bufo arenaum to Ang II (AT II) and Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH) were exmined. Inhibitory effects of both response were obtained either by AT II or ADH (ADH ant). Contractile responses to At II and AVT werre inhibited in a similar way by both Leu ( At II and ADH ant. No blocking eefect could be obtained again norepinephrine. leu(  AT II, ADH ant and ANt Oxotocin were able to inhibit osmotic water permeability (P osm) and short- circuit current (SCC) response in toad skin.. the inhitor not only blocked its own agonists response but also other peptides agonistic’ s responses. No antagonists affeted Posm response to isoproterenol (ISOP). The striking similarities an monog ADH and AT II receptor in amphiams tissues suggest a commun peptide hormone receptor.
