Abstract
Little is known about ethanol-perithreshold (threshold-subthreshold) taste world interaction. This article shows ethanol (Et) effects on taste thresholds. Gender, Et concentration (grade) and orosensory (taste, odor) influences were studied in relation to taste quality recognition sensitivity.
