Same clinical manifestations of Noonan’s Syndrome, such as short stature, webbing of the neck which is short and thick, ptosis, cubitus valgus and lymphedema are also encountered in Turner’s Syndrome. Other features, such as predominantly right cardiopathy, triangular shaped face, pectus excavatum, and normal karyotype. are typical of Noonan Syndrome
