Resumen:
The photochemical reactions between F2 and OCS, OCSe, CS2, CSe2 or SeCS isolated in solid argon at cryogenic temperatures were studied by FTIR spectroscopy. Molecular complexes between F2 and the triatomic molecules were identified immediately after co-deposition of the reactants diluted in Ar. These van der Waals complexes were proposed as pre-reactive species for the photochemical reactions. Novel pentatomic molecules FC(O)SF, FC(O)SeF, FC(S)SF, FC(Se)SeF and FC(S)SeF in two rotameric forms were detected after UV-visible irradiation of the matrix. The complete photochemical mechanisms were determined by the IR identification of the photoproducts. The migration of fluorine atoms in the matrixes was proposed to explain the formation of some of the products.
