We provide a literature-based checklist of Agaricales reported from Bolivia. In this second contribution, 259 species belonging to 54 genera and 14 families are listed. Marasmiaceae, Hygrophoraceae and Tricholomataceae are the most species-abundant families. In some cases, new local distribution records were presented in this checklist. Lichens are included (Cora and Dictyonema) in the present checklist. The listed families are Agaricaceae, Clavariaceae, Cyphellaceae, Hygrophoraceae, Hymenogastraceae, Marasmiaceae, Mycenaceae, Omphalotaceae, Physalacriaceae, Pleurotaceae, Pterulaceae, Schizophyllaceae, Tricholomataceae, Typhulaceae.
