The aim of this paper is explain the transformations of the migration dynamics «in» Latin America and the Caribe and «from» the region towards Europe. It’s analyzed by three aspects: 1) geographical reconfiguration with the increase of flows and of numerous destinations (diasporas), especially to Europe; 2) reconfiguration of migration´ causes and migration profiles (feminization, qualified, middle classes, etc.); and 3) modifications of the political and institutional devices, particularly in transnational’s situations. There are defined three spatial-time models of territorial reconfigurations. The last model considers the globalization of the migration and the facilitation of mobility’s and exchanges in real time, from ICTs revolution.
