Resumen:
A discussion of the previous dstinction of two early archaeological components at Cueva del Medio is presented. Our evidence suggest that such a distinction do not hold. We use a number of lines of evidence to support our argument, including the taxonomy of associated animal remains, the chronology and the stratigraphy.
