We obtain parabolic and one-sided maximal function estimates fornonisotropic dilations of the mean value kernel for the heatequation:,$k(x,t)= frac{1}{4} frac{abs{x}^2}{t^2}mathcal{X}_{E(0,0;1)}(x,-t)$where $E(0,0;1)$ is the heat ball given by${(x,t)inReal^{d+1}:tleq 0,, (-4pit)^{ frac{d}{2}}e^{- rac{abs{x}^2}{4t}}leq 1}$.
