Resumen:
Strong starburst regions are located at distances that do not allow us to perform a detailed study of their stellar and nebular components. Most of our knowledge about these regiones therefore relies on integrated properties derived from analysis of strong emission lines. High spectroscopic resolution échelle data provide detailed information that reveal complex behaviour of the ionized gas within each region, albeit lacking spatial resolution. In an attempt to disentangle the location of these components, we have obtained IFU spectra in excellent seeing conditions in a variety of starburst regions. I will present some challenges that the analysis of IFU data present and some of their interesting results.
