Abstract. We extend the calibration of the (Lambda 1,D) parameters of the BCD spectrophotometric system for Teff and log g in order to include the luminosity classes I and II. We select a set of 112 objects and calculate the effective temperatures and log g for each of them using integrated fluxes, several distance determinations and evolutionary tracks. We fit then the curves of constant Teff and log g using the calculated set of (Teff, log g) values together with the measurements of (lambda1,D) parameters taken from low resolution spectra...
