Resumen:
We present an spectral analysis of the eclipsing symbiotic binary Hen3-1761 with a period of 560 days determined photometrically and confirmed by our spectrograms. We have obtained for the first time an spectroscopic orbit based on the radial velocity curves of the red giant component. In 1998-99 the hot component underwent a ~ 2 mag eruption which was covered by most of our spectroscopic observations. We have also studied spectral changes as a function of both the hot component activity and the orbital motion
