Resumen:
We modify a semi-analytic model of galaxy formation to include theformation of stellar clumps in galaxy discs as observed in high redshiftgalaxies, and study their influence in bulge growth. We find that withour current implementation, the observed bulge to total mass ratio is inbetter agreement with observations for high mass galaxies. However, inthe low mass range we overestimate the fraction of stellar mass in bulges.Resumen.
