Resumen:
Ø Various hybrid concepts based solar cells (DSSC´s) devices to be fabricated at low cost.
Ø Morphology, conductivity and microstructure are at the basis of the effective use of the cell properties.
Ø Study optical and electrical properties modified by small quantities of different dopant elements.
Semiconductor doping is not a trivial task although a great variety of methods was applied yielding, not always, a successful result.
