Resumen:
In the present work we study the free excitations of a quantum Heisenberg model on a highly frustrated honeycomb bilayer lattice under the influence of an external magnetic field. Our study is based on past research on the classical case of the model, where thermal order-by-disorder (OBD) transitions are found in the phase diagram of the system. We study how quantum fluctuatuons in the system leads to OBD transitions that differ from those found in the classical case.
