Resumen:
The temperature dependence of the hyperfine electric quadrupole interaction at 181Ta probes in Zr site of SrZrO3, in the range from room temperature to 1273 K have been measured using a Perturbed Angular Correlation (PAC) spectrometer. The probe was prepared by 180Hf neutron capture and hafnium is an impurity (~3%) normally found in zirconium. The irradiated sample was then studied by PAC and from the spin rotation curves the hyperfine parameters, the quadrupole frequency (wQ), the anisotropy (h) and the line width (d) were obtained by a non linear fit procedure. Three discontinuities have been observed in the temperature dependence of the hyperfine parameters at about 700, 900 and 1200K and are compared with transition temperatures measured by other experimental techniques. A comparison with similar results obtained in SrHfO3 is also presented.
