Resumen:
We show that the q-exponential function is a hypergeometricfunction. Accordingly, it obeys the hypergeometric differentialequation. We demonstrate that this differential equation can betransformed into a non-linear Schr"{o}dinger equation (NLSE).This NLSE exhibits both similarities and differences vis-a-vis theNobre-Rego Monteiro-Tsallis one
