New Polymeric adducts of tetra-ƒÝ-haloaspirinate-dicopper(II). Crystal structure and spectroscopic properties of bis(acetonitrile)tetrakis(ƒÝ-chloroaspirinate)dicopper(II) and poly-[ƒÝ-pyrazine{tetrakis(ƒÝ-fluoraspirinate)di copper(II)}]

Resumen:
Eight new copper(II) complexes with halo-aspirinates have been synthesized:  [Cu2(Fasp)4AN)2]×2MeCN, [Cu2(Clasp)4(MeCN)2]×2MeCN, [Cu2(Brasp)4(MeCN)2] ×2MeCN, {[Cu2(Fasp)4](Pyz)]×2MeCN}n, {[Cu2(Clasp)4 (Pz)]×2AN}n, [Cu2(Brasp)4 (Pz)]n, and [Cu2(Brasp)4](4,4´-bipy)]n (Fasp: fluor-aspirinate; Clasp: chloro-aspirinate; Brasp: bromo-aspirinate; MeCN: acetonitrile; Pyz: pyrazine; 4,4´-bipy: 4,4´-bipyridine).    The crystal structure of two of them, [Cu2(Clasp)4(MeCN)2]×2MeCN and {[Cu2(Fasp)4](Pyz)]×2MeCN}n, has been determined by X-ray diffraction methods. All the compounds have been studied employing elemental analysis, IR and UV-Visible spectroscopic techniques. The results have been compared with previous data reported for complexes with similar structures.
